Delete your account
How to delete your Curse of the Hamlet account and the progress stored with it.
In the game
Open Settings → Account → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion and removed after a 30-day grace period. Until then you can sign in and cancel from the same screen, and nothing is lost.
What is deleted
- Your profile, progress, heroes, gear, currencies and settings
- Your friends list and any pending friend requests, on both sides
- Your PvP standing and your saved sign-in links (Google, email, Play Games)
Purchase records are kept without your identity, because tax and payment rules require us to. Nothing in them can be tied back to you once the account is gone. A deletion can't be undone after the grace period.
Can't get into the game?
If you no longer have the device or the sign-in for the account, send us a request below. We'll check that the account is yours (we may email you a question first), then schedule the deletion. You need the account's Player ID, shown in the game under Settings → Account. Request a deletion only for an account you own.
