1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using panaviainteractive.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the update.
2. What the Site Is
The Site is a marketing and community hub for Panavia Interactive and its games, currently Curse of the Hamlet. Content on the Site — including screenshots, release information, and features — describes a game in active development and is subject to change without notice.
3. Using the Site
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or any connected database
- Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or overload the Site or its contact form
- Interfere with the Site's normal operation or security features
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
4. Intellectual Property
Panavia Interactive owns or licenses everything on the Site — including the Panavia Interactive name and logo, the Curse of the Hamlet name, artwork, screenshots, copy, and design. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes (linking to it, sharing a screenshot on social media), but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Contact Form Submissions
By submitting the contact form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submitting the form doesn't create any ongoing relationship or obligation beyond our responding to your message. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle submitted information.
6. Discord Community
Our Discord server is operated by Discord Inc., not by us. Joining and using it is governed by Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, in addition to any community-specific rules posted in the server. We're not responsible for content posted by other members.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party services (like Discord) that we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service you access through a link on the Site.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available — this is a small, actively developed project, and things may break or change.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panavia Interactive won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that can't lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a guarantee that can't be excluded is capable of being limited under that law, it's limited to, at our option, re-supplying the affected service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Panavia Interactive both submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia for any dispute arising from these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as the Site and studio evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
